was begun by myself, David V. Gregoli, as a vehicle to bring
new & unique recordings to the discriminating music enthusiast.

My experience in working with a variety of artists in
virtually every musical style helps to give me a singular perspective
on the music industry.

Dharmapala Records is a label that I started as a tool
to bring this music to you, the listener. A few of the items featured are recordings from a renown Lama of Tibetans chants, a classical violin duet & my own Latin guitar music .

I believe that there is a special opportunity today to
bring new artists & recordings to the listening public
thru independent labels and the internet that has
the potential to revolutionize the music business.
Radio stations are now pre-programmed by corporations
and lack the variety and innovation that characterized
FM radio when I was growing up. In rare instances you can
find 'out of the norm' programs on a few public radio stations,
especially the network of totally listener supported stations
under the Pacifica Radio banner such as KPFK in Los Angeles &
KPFA in Berkeley.
